Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our Return Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn items with original tags attached in the original packaging to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
